把自信送給自己

蘇格拉底曾說過：“一個人能否有成就，只看他是否具有自尊心和自信心這兩個條件?！?

千百年來，在人們眼里，命運(yùn)是神秘莫測，不可把握，無法控制的餓一種神秘力量，是主宰人們一生的至高無上的主任，而人類則永遠(yuǎn)是命運(yùn)的仆人和奴隸，半個世紀(jì)以前，一位比利時智者莫里斯?梅特林克先生告訴我們，人們是完全可以成為命運(yùn)的主任而非奴隸，這種能夠把握，主宰和戰(zhàn)勝命運(yùn)的首要條件就是自信。因此，我認(rèn)為自信是成功的基石。

一個人要自信，就要克服自卑，樹立自信。1951年，英國女醫(yī)生弗蘭克林從自己拍攝X射線衍射中發(fā)現(xiàn)了DNA雙螺旋結(jié)構(gòu)，經(jīng)過研究，她大膽地提出了假設(shè)，并以此為題做了一次很出色的演講，然而許多人對她的發(fā)現(xiàn)提出質(zhì)疑，懷疑她的照片的真實(shí)性和假說的可靠性，在這些壓力下，弗蘭克林也開始懷疑自己：作為一個普通醫(yī)生，提出這樣高森的理論問題，或許太不自量力了吧？她動搖了。于是，她公開否認(rèn)了自己提出的假說，也沒有再繼續(xù)研究下去，后來在1953年，其他科學(xué)家卻證實(shí)了這個假說，不自信的弗蘭克林與成功失之交臂了。

When the aerials are down, and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism

and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old, even at 20, but as long as

your aerials are up, to catch waves of optimism, there is hope you may die

young at 80.
